I started the ball rolling … and, yes, I’m tall. I’ve always been tall. So tall that people stare, kids point, and I have to answer the “Did you play basketball?” question way too often.

I’m 6’2”.

Being tall has so many benefits! I’m easy to find in a crowd, I can reach just about anything, and I definitely make a lasting impression at a job interview.

But then there’s shopping. I’ve always hated shopping. Not only can I rarely find anything that is long enough in a store, when I do find something it usually looks awful on me. When I do find something it is usually way too expensive.

But I have learned tricks. Think of them as “tall women’s clothes hacks.”

I have always asked other tall girls where they buy their clothes and what works for them. Ladies, we are a resourceful group! And everyone has been happy to share their tips with me.
